Jan Veder

Jan is a Partner and the Head of Options Group’s Frankfurt office. He leads a Frankfurt team with members across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia and oversees the execution of full life cycle recruitment, partnering closely with senior-level management and founders at client firms. He has been instrumental over the past decade in assisting the leadership of global financial institutions and corporations to forensically analyze executive leadership qualities, cultural attributes and future potential in relation to talent strategy.

Prior to Joining Options Group, he worked at Siemens Medical Solutions in a variety of key advisory and managerial positions. Jan holds an MBA from Georg-Simon-Ohm Management Institute Nürnberg and a Bachelors in Commercial Economics from Hogeschool Zeeland / VWA Essen.

A former world champion in Modern Pentathlon, Jan is also active as Vice President in the German Modern Pentathlon Association in an honorary capacity. Jan enjoys sports (Triathlon), spending time with his family and reading.
